Returns Policy​

We're sure you'll love our signed memorabilia as much as we do. But, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just return your item, with tracking and insurance, within 14 days and we'll issue a refund for the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. For Framed items also see Framing section. Email info@htcmemorabilia.com with the tracking information for any returns.​

Please note that if you are returning the item from outside the UK you will be responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs charges incurred as well as of return postage.
 

Faulty & Damaged Items

​If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 12 hours and explain the problem, you can call us on +44 7885 595391 or email info@htcmemorabilia.com

If the fault is ours we will offer a replacement, if that is not possible, a refund will be issued and we will pay all shipping costs. ​If the damage has been caused in shipping you are responsible for claiming via the carrier - all items are insured for the purchase amount.

Framing 

​When framing personal items HTC Framing takes responsibility for your item once it is received. Please email info@htcmemorabilia.com with a tracking number for your parcel or contact us for drop off details to deliver you item in person to our office. All items purchased from HTC & framed to a personal specification, if returned will be liable to a restocking fee. We will supply you with a tracking number when your framed item if posted back to you.
